Tracey Bailey has returned to the mayor's office in Lakeshore. Unofficial results from Monday indicate she won the race with 8,399 votes. Her two challengers received far fewer ballots. Argo Pace finished with 1,782 votes, while Sam Sinjari received 1,399.

Bailey ran on a record of public service. She cited 12 years of combined experience on council, including roles as a councillor and deputy mayor before her first term as mayor. She told voters that her victory confirms the town is moving in the right direction.

The new term will focus on specific development goals. Bailey stated that her administration has attracted roughly $100 million in investment over the past four years. She said the city is ready to begin construction projects immediately, allowing the team to start work on day one.

She described the result as a clear mandate from residents. Bailey said she feels humbled by the support and is ready to move forward with the community's blessing. The large margin of victory gave her confidence in her proposed path for the city.

Her campaign platform included three main priorities. She promised to prioritize infrastructure investment, protect housing affordability, and build complete communities. These goals align with the town's ongoing population growth and development plans.
